Terms and Conditions Red Group Services Corp Referral Program

Red Group Services Corp (“Red Group Services,” “we,” “us,” “our,” or “Company”) offers customers, friends, and community members the opportunity to refer new customers through our Referral Program (“Program”). By participating in this Program, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.

1. Binding Agreement

By using, participating in, or submitting information through the Referral Program, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Red Group Services Corp reserves the right to make final decisions regarding eligibility, qualification, approval, denial, or payment of any referral reward.

2. Privacy

Any personal information collected through the Referral Program will be used only for the purpose of contacting the referred customer, verifying the referral, scheduling services, processing the referral reward, and communicating with participants.

By participating in the Referral Program, the Referrer understands and agrees that Red Group Services Corp may contact the Referred Customer and may identify the Referrer by name for verification purposes. Red Group Services Corp will handle personal information in accordance with applicable privacy laws and our company privacy practices.

3. How the Referral Program Works

To participate in the Red Group Services Corp Referral Program, the Referrer must be a legal resident of the United States and must be at least 18 years old. A person who submits a referral is considered the “Referrer.” The person being referred is considered the “Referred Customer” or “Friend.” To begin, the Referrer must submit the referral information in writing and mail it to Red Group Services Corp at the Company’s official mailing address. The mailed referral submission must include:

The Referrer's full name, phone number, email address, and mailing address;
The Referred Customer's full name, phone number, email address, and property address;
The type of project or service being referred;
The date the referral is being submitted;
Any additional information that may help Red Group Services Corp verify the referral.

To help prevent spam, duplicate referrals, incorrect information, or unverifiable submissions, referrals must be submitted in writing and received by Red Group Services Corp before the Referred Customer contacts the Company, schedules an estimate, signs a contract, or begins any project communication with Red Group Services Corp. Referral rewards will not be approved based only on verbal referrals, text messages, social media messages, incomplete forms, or unverifiable information unless approved in writing by Red Group Services Corp.

A valid referral must meet the following requirements:

The Referrer must be at least 18 years old.
The Referrer must provide complete and accurate contact information.
The Referred Customer must be a new customer to Red Group Services Corp.
The Referred Customer must own the property, manage the property, or be authorized to request work at the property.
The Referred Customer must request an eligible service provided by Red Group Services Corp.
The Referred Customer must schedule an estimate, sign a contract, complete an eligible project, and pay the project balance in full.
The referral must be received by Red Group Services Corp before the Referred Customer contacts the Company directly or through another marketing source.

Once the referral is submitted and verified, Red Group Services Corp will review the referral for eligibility. Referral rewards are not earned by simply submitting a name, phone number, email, or lead. A referral reward is only earned after the referred project is approved, completed, and paid in full. Red Group Services Corp reserves the right to determine whether a referral qualifies under the Program.

4. Referral Verification and Consent

After Red Group Services Corp receives a referral submission, the Company may contact the Referred Customer to verify the referral information and confirm that the Referred Customer is aware they were referred. During this communication, Red Group Services Corp may inform the Referred Customer of the name of the person who submitted the referral. This helps confirm that the referral is legitimate, accurate, and not submitted without permission. By participating in the Referral Program, the Referrer confirms that they have permission to share the Referred Customer’s contact information with Red Group Services Corp. The Referrer also understands that Red Group Services Corp may disclose the Referrer’s name to the Referred Customer for verification purposes. A referral may be denied if the Referred Customer does not recognize the Referrer, states that they did not give permission to be contacted, disputes the referral, or if Red Group Services Corp cannot verify the referral information.

5. Eligible Services

The Referral Program applies only to eligible projects performed by Red Group Services Corp. Eligible projects include:

Complete new roof replacement
Complete new siding replacement
Complete window replacement for the home
Complete bathroom renovation
Complete kitchen renovation
Complete basement remodeling
Complete deck replacement or new deck installation
Interior or exterior carpentry projects with a contract value of $10,000 or more

To qualify for a referral reward, the referred project must have a signed contract value of $10,000 or more, unless otherwise approved in writing by Red Group Services Corp. Small repairs, minor service work, warranty work, emergency temporary repairs, gutter cleaning, small gutter repairs, small carpentry repairs, inspections, estimates, consultations, or projects under $10,000 do not qualify for referral rewards unless approved in writing by the Company. Red Group Services Corp reserves the right to determine whether a project qualifies as an eligible project under the Referral Program.

6. Referral Rewards

For each valid and approved referral, the Referrer may receive a referral reward from Red Group Services Corp.
Unless otherwise stated in writing, the referral reward structure is as follows:

Referral rewards apply only to approved eligible projects with a signed contract value of $10,000 or more, unless otherwise approved in writing by Red Group Services Corp. A referral is considered approved only after the Referred Customer signs a contract with Red Group Services Corp, completes an eligible project, and the project is paid in full. The Referred Customer may also receive $100 off their first approved project with Red Group Services Corp. This discount may only be applied to eligible projects and cannot be combined with other promotions, discounts, coupons, insurance claim pricing, special offers, or previously discounted work.

Referral rewards may be issued as gift cards, company checks, account credits, or another form selected by Red Group Services Corp. Rewards are subject to verification and approval by the Company. Red Group Services Corp reserves the right to delay, deny, reduce, or cancel any referral reward if the referral information is incomplete, inaccurate, duplicated, fraudulent, previously known to the Company, outside our service area, or otherwise does not comply with these Terms and Conditions.

7. Reward Limitations

Referral rewards may be subject to limits, including but not limited to:

Maximum of five approved referral rewards per Referrer per calendar year;
Maximum reward amount of up to $800 per calendar year;
Minimum signed contract value of $10,000 or more;
Exclusion of small repairs, warranty work, emergency temporary repairs, gutter cleaning, minor service work, inspections, or consultations;
Exclusion of projects under $10,000, unless approved in writing by Red Group Services Corp;
Exclusion of insurance claims or projects where referral payments may create a conflict with policy, law, claim handling requirements, or company policy.

Any taxes or reporting obligations related to referral rewards are the sole responsibility of the Referrer.

8. No Purchase Requirement for Referrer

The Referrer does not need to purchase any services from Red Group Services Corp to participate in the Referral Program. However, the Referred Customer must complete an eligible paid project for the Referrer to qualify for a reward.

9. Restrictions

Referrers may not refer themselves. Referrers may not create fake names, duplicate referrals, fictitious accounts, or submit false information.
A valid referral must include:

A real Referrer;
A real Referred Customer;
Accurate contact information;
A new potential customer who has not already contacted Red Group Services Corp;
An eligible service request within our service area;
A signed contract value of $10,000 or more;
A completed and paid project.

A referral may not qualify if:

The referral was not submitted in writing by mail to Red Group Services Corp;
The mailed referral was received after the Referred Customer already contacted the Company;
The Referred Customer is already in our system;
The Referred Customer already requested an estimate before the referral was submitted;
The customer came from another marketing source, advertisement, website form, Google lead, insurance referral, contractor referral, or third-party platform;
The referral information is incomplete, incorrect, unverifiable, or does not match the customer or project information;
The referral appears to be spam, duplicate, fraudulent, or submitted without permission;
The referred project is canceled;
The Referred Customer does not sign a contract;
The project is not completed;
Full payment is not received;
The referral violates any law, regulation, or company policy.

Employees, subcontractors, vendors, advertising partners, marketing agencies, or anyone directly working with Red Group Services Corp may not be eligible for referral rewards unless approved in writing by the Company.

10. No Purchase Requirement for Referred Customer

The Referred Customer is not required to accept an estimate or sign a contract simply because they were referred. All services, estimates, contracts, and project approvals remain subject to normal company procedures, pricing, availability, and written agreement.

11. Compliance with Laws

Participants agree to comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws. Referrers may not use spam, automated messages, misleading statements, fake reviews, false claims, harassment, or deceptive marketing practices to promote or participate in the Referral Program. Referrers must have permission to share another person’s contact information before submitting it to Red Group Services Corp.

12. Bulk Distribution and Spam

Referrals must be made in a personal, respectful, and lawful manner. Bulk email, mass texting, automated messaging, misleading advertising, or sending referral links to people who did not give permission is not allowed. Red Group Services Corp reserves the right to block, cancel, or disqualify any referral activity that appears to be spam, fraudulent, abusive, misleading, or inconsistent with the purpose of the Program.

13. Accuracy of Information

Participants are responsible for providing complete and accurate information. Red Group Services Corp is not responsible for missed rewards due to incorrect phone numbers, email addresses, names, addresses, incomplete referral submissions, or inability to verify the referral.

14. Program Availability

The Referral Program may be available only in areas serviced by Red Group Services Corp. We reserve the right to reject referrals outside of our service area or for services we do not provide.

15. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Referral Program is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Red Group Services Corp does not guarantee that the Program will always be available, uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical issues. Red Group Services Corp is not responsible for website errors, form submission issues, email delivery problems, internet interruptions, lost information, incomplete submissions, or technical issues that may affect participation in the Program.

16. Limitation of Liability

By participating in the Referral Program, participants agree that Red Group Services Corp, its owners, employees, representatives, contractors, affiliates, and agents will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or other damages arising out of participation in the Program. Red Group Services Corp shall not be responsible for any loss, damage, claim, dispute, misunderstanding, or expense related to a referral, reward, delay, denial, technical issue, or Program modification.

17. Fraud or Abuse

Red Group Services Corp reserves the right to investigate any suspected fraud, abuse, misuse, or violation of these Terms and Conditions. Any attempt to manipulate, abuse, damage, or interfere with the Referral Program may result in disqualification, cancellation of rewards, and any other remedy available by law.

18. Right to Cancel, Modify, or Terminate

Red Group Services Corp reserves the right to cancel, modify, suspend, or terminate the Referral Program at any time, for any reason, with or without notice. We may also change the referral reward amount, eligibility requirements, service qualifications, Program rules, or these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will apply to future referrals unless otherwise stated by Red Group Services Corp.

19. Final Decision

All decisions made by Red Group Services Corp regarding the Referral Program, including eligibility, reward approval, reward amount, timing of payment, and disqualification, are final and binding.
